Our commitment
ColdHello, operated by Luis Molina, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). ColdHello must never be used to exploit, abuse, sexualize, groom, traffic, sextort, or otherwise endanger a child.
Who may use ColdHello
ColdHello is intended only for adults age 18 or older. Its age restriction does not reduce our commitment to child safety. These standards apply to every use of ColdHello and supplement our Terms of Use.
ColdHello does not provide accounts, public profiles, messaging, content uploads, social feeds, or cloud storage for names, phone numbers, or approach history. Those details remain locally on the user's device. Even so, no person may use the app or information obtained through it to harm or exploit a child.
Prohibited conduct
Users must not use ColdHello to create, possess, solicit, access, share, distribute, facilitate, or promote CSAM or CSAE. Prohibited conduct includes child grooming; sexualization of a minor; sextortion; trafficking or solicitation of a child for sexual purposes; inappropriate sexual interaction involving a child; or using a child's personal information to exploit, abuse, or endanger them.
Any use of ColdHello that facilitates or promotes child endangerment is prohibited, whether it occurs through the app or through conduct connected to information obtained with the app.
Report a child-safety concern
ColdHello provides an in-app Report a child safety concern option, and reports may also be sent directly to support@canigetyournumber.app. This address is monitored for child-safety reports.
Describe the concern, when it occurred, and any information that may help us understand it. Do not email, copy, download, or forward suspected CSAM. If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
How we respond
We review child-safety reports and take appropriate action based on the information available, these standards, and applicable law. Actions may include requesting non-illegal contextual information, preserving appropriate records, restricting access where technically available, cooperating with app stores or authorities, and reporting confirmed CSAM as legally required.
Because ColdHello does not operate user accounts, messaging, content hosting, or a user-content server, it generally cannot access or remove material stored on a user's device. This limitation does not prevent us from reviewing reports, enforcing these standards where possible, or making legally required reports.
